Normalising Awakening Retreat
We set sail on many routes returning to the same home, realising we never left
Wordless joy to come together as formlessness rejoicing all these changeful forms. Such joy to welcome beautiful souls to join us here at The Free Spirit Centre, North Norfolk UK. This beautiful spiritual weekend retreat brought together regular Free Spirit Satsang participants and previous Free Spirit healing session clients.
Our free spirit normalising awakening retreat found it's perfect flow, release, réalisations and expressions as and for the collective. Through guided meditations at the free spirit centre, meditations and breathwork out in nature, free spirit kinesiology group release session, Satsang, dynamic and ecstatic group meditation experiences, yoga, food and drink prepared and offered as awareness, creative expression, and setting forth our own little boats on their individual journeys which were returned home together, realising they never left.
Coming together as formlessness to rejoice in all the diverse forms of the manifest, normalising awakening as everyday life together, realising our inherent unity beyond age, time and form. Realising that whatever happens, peace is timelessly here

Free Spirit Community Sessions
Free Spirit Community sessions create space for us to connect with each other, with our natural surroundings and with ourselves. Over the past years Hannah has held space for communities to come together regardless of age, belief and nationality to connect with natural sites through uplifting connection activities supporting wellbeing and creativity and deepening our connection with the natural world. Hannah has held groups in the UK and France for a variety of communities, schools, associations and home education communities. Hannah is a qualified artist/ yoga teacher/ holistic therapist.
