'here is the painting I created and gave to the midwife of my daughter in exchange for her help with giving birth.  it is called the "avatar of water".  I painted it after a 7 day meditation and visioning quest with the spirit of water as a focus.  it was really amazing what came to me in those 7 days--water as life; as healing element; the sacred life blood of earth that unites us all.   I want to include a poster of it in the next free spirit event.

I stumbled upon this blog setting by 'accident' (all synchronicity!) after a lovely man from the BBC hearing a snippet of my life story aghast and saying I should have a documentary made. But I'm too busy journeying! So perhaps this little corner of the cyber space that connects us can prove to let us flow on this cascading river together...

So join me naked in the water or safe in your life jacket in the canoe and away we float to where the current will take us....
